a 58 year old male (salesman) with Ht 5?8? and Wt. 256 lbs. has a diagnosis of hyperlipdemia. he dines out daily for lunch (many times eating in his car from fast food restaurants). he complaints occasionally of chest pain and shortness of breath. his blood pressure has been elevated on his last visits to the doctor. he smokes 2 packs cigarettes a day, drinks 2-3 beers daily, drinks 8-10 cups coffee per day, and has a sedentary lifestyle.
